Binance is HACKED. Around $568 million worth of crypto was stolen in this cyberattack.

Hackers have stolen around $100 million worth of cryptocurrency from a Binance-linked blockchain, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao said in a tweet

Binance suspended all transactions on the BNB Chain on Thursday to fix the exploit.

Binance’s Bridge Got Hacked!

Cryptocurrency worth $566 million was stolen from Binance Bridge by a hacker.

2 million Binance Coins (BNB), worth $566 million, have apparently been stolen by hackers from the Binance Bridge.

There are currently little details available, however it appears that the attack began today at 2:30 PM EST, when the attacker’s wallet received two transactions totaling 1,000,000 BNB each.

Soon after, the hacker started distributing part of the money across many liquidity pools in an effort to convert the BNB into other assets.

It is among the biggest thefts in cryptocurrency history, although it is still dwarfed by the mammoth heist of more than $500 million from the Axie Infinity blockchain game earlier this year.
