In 2013, Banks was let free on July 18. On September 4, 2015, a shootout took place just hours before a musical performance at the Theatre of Living Arts in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Durk’s tour bus was destroyed, and one man was killed. Police did not detain or question Lil Durk. He was released for breaking his probation when he was arrested on felony gun charges on August 19, 2016, and the judge dropped the charges.
