Demonstration against Mayor Balen Shah on Bangemudha Suman Sayami came to support the movement

KATHMANDU / Local residents protested against the use of a dozer by the Metropolitan Municipality in a community building located in Bangemudha, Kathmandu on Saturday evening.

They circled the Bangemudha area shouting slogans such as ‘Stop the dozer terror’ and ‘Be careful with Neva.’ Meanwhile, the angry local residents have also raised slogans against the ward president of the Metropolitan Municipality-25. After the Metropolitan Municipality destroyed a community building in ward number 25 with a dozer last Friday, the local residents started protesting.

Mayoral candidate of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Suman Sayami, among others, came to support the movement of local residents. While giving a public opinion, Sayami accused the Kathmandu Metropolitan City of working against the law by putting a dozer on the community building.
